A quick update today with some great news. Love & Terror has been selected for the Traverse City Film Festival! This amazing festival was started 10 years ago by Michael Moore (Fahrenheit 9/11, Bowling for Columbine) and is committed to showing “just great films.” It’s an honor to be selected.

Love & Terror will have two screenings on Friday, August 1 and Saturday, August 2. If you’re going to be anywhere near Traverse City, MI or have always wanted to visit but have never had an excuse, please come out and support the film. More information can be found by clicking HERE.

I’ll most likely be in attendance but Poe will be down under at the Byron Bay Writers Festival in Australia, where the film will have a special screening on August 1st. More info can be found HERE.

Love and Terror had a great review in Toronto Film Scene the other day. Drew Kerr writes, “Although its central focus is quite dark, Jannetta and Ballantine add a surprisingly lighthearted and humorous touch to Love & Terror…, which is unlike any other documentary I’ve ever seen.” Click HERE for the full review.

Dave, you will absolutely LOVE TC!  Make sure to check out the 7 Monks Taproom (46 beers, great burgers) and the Apache Grill on the waterfront (funky rustic meets tiki bar).  Is this doc available for purchase yet on DVD or to stream?
